Exposure to excessive moisture, including flooding or using wet mops, immediately voids all manufacturing and wear warranties.
You must maintain indoor humidity levels between 35% and 55% year-round to prevent plank gapping or warping.
Professional installation by our certified team is mandatory. Self-installation renders all product warranties null and void.
